The call out and the assessment are free, and you receive a fixed written price before any work begins, so you only ever pay for work you have approved. #### Do you charge by the hour? No. Every job is quoted as one fixed price in writing before a tool comes off the van, and nights or weekends carry no overtime rates, so the number never moves. If our workmanship is not right, we come back, no questions and no cost.

Who turns up, when they turn up, and what qualifies them to touch your pipes. #### Are your plumbers licensed and insured? Every plumber on the team is fully licensed and insured under licence #275278C, and the compliance certificates for gas, water and drainage work arrive with your invoice. #### Do you answer the phone after hours? Yes. A licensed plumber, not an answering machine, answers day and night, including weekends and public holidays, and we attend genuine emergencies as a priority. The emergency plumbing team works to the same fixed-price rules at 2am as at 2pm.

The Victorian and Federation estates were drained in earthenware over a century ago, and tall gums and English-garden plantings push fine roots into those aged joints until the lines choke. Our drainage team treats repeat blockages as a materials problem, not a clearing chore. #### Can corroded old water pipes be replaced without wrecking the house? Yes. Where galvanised services have corroded past patching, a staged or complete re-pipe in modern materials restores pressure and water quality, planned around period finishes and double-brick walls. The scope of that work sits under residential plumbing. #### Should I repair or replace my hot water system? A valve or element fault on a sound tank is worth repairing. A leaking tank past ten or fifteen years usually costs less to replace than to keep rescuing, and we price both honestly. Absolutely. A camera survey before settlement maps the line, records root intrusion or collapsed clay sections, and turns an invisible liability into a documented fact you can price into the purchase.

Water you cannot shut off, a split pipe, any smell of gas, or sewage rising in fixtures.
